
Berry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy)
- 0.5 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 0.33 cup granola
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Steps
- Spoon half of the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add half of the berries and half of the granola on top.
- Repeat layering with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Serve immediately.
