
Pepperoni & Ham Stromboli
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
- Layer pepperoni and ham over the cheese, then add remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch seams and ends to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the top lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over the top.
- Slice and serve warm.
