
Quick Chicken Fajita Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: lime wedges, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, cilantro
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook 4–5 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken; stir to coat.
- Add sliced peppers and onion; cook 5–6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds.
- Divide the chicken and veggie mixture among the tortillas.
- Add optional toppings if desired and serve immediately.
