Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 2 cup cheese curds
  • 1 packet instant brown gravy mix
  • 2 cup hot water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Cook frozen fries according to package directions (oven or air fryer works best).
  2. While fries cook, whisk gravy mix with hot water in a saucepan and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick.
  3. Pile hot fries onto plates or bowls and salt lightly.
  4. Scatter cheese curds over the fries.
  5. Pour hot gravy on top so the curds soften but don't fully surrender.
  6. Serve immediately before physics intervenes.
