
Fast Poutine
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen French fries
- 2 cup cheese curds
- 1 packet instant brown gravy mix
- 2 cup hot water
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Cook frozen fries according to package directions (oven or air fryer works best).
- While fries cook, whisk gravy mix with hot water in a saucepan and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick.
- Pile hot fries onto plates or bowls and salt lightly.
- Scatter cheese curds over the fries.
- Pour hot gravy on top so the curds soften but don't fully surrender.
- Serve immediately before physics intervenes.
